Things You Can Do

1. Go for a walk outside

2. Listen to a guided meditation

3. Write down how you are feeling and what you are thinking

4. Do some physical activity or sport

5. Listen to some music that you like

6. Eat healthy food at regular times

7. Make sure you have drunk enough water

8. Talk to a friend or family member

9. Focus on your breathing – in for 5, hold and then out for 7

10. Remind yourself that you are ok
