Below you will find all the necessary documents to apply for a space for your child at Stapleford Nursery. Please ensure you have filled in and signed all of these forms. We have a minimum requirement of one full day attendance as part of best practice to settle the children.
What we provide at Stapleford Nursery:
15 and 30 hour funded places for children aged 3-4
Term time wrap around care
Monday 8am-6pm
Tuesday 8am-6pm
Wednesday 8am-6pm
Thursday 8am-6pm
Friday 9am-3pm
