At Stapleford Community Primary School, we are passionate about education and strive to foster in every child a desire for learning they will carry throughout their life. We are ambitious for our pupils and want the best for every child. Our staff work hard to ensure the school is a vibrant and innovative place, where pupils demonstrate a thirst for learning, where curiosity is nurtured and excellence is expected in a caring, supportive and stimulating environment. We aim to develop Stapleford Community Primary School Learners who are curious, ambitious, resilient and demonstrate excellence in all they set out to achieve.

In order to fulfil this vision we aim:

To be recognised as a community which fosters excellence in academic, cultural, social, emotional and behavioural development of all pupils
To design a curriculum to match the learning needs of young people
To work together as a team to ensure that our pupils are healthy and safe, enjoy learning and achieve success, make a positive contribution to society and are prepared for economic security in the future
To be a valued and active part of the local community
To promote a powerful collaborative approach to learning through partnerships
